The Sustainable City Yas Island is a family-friendly neighborhood surrounded by wide-open green areas, leisurely walks, and communal farming plots. In addition, the project includes jogging and cycling paths, football, basketball, and paddle courts, as well as parks, lakes, biodomes, an equestrian facility with stables, a track, two arenas, a gym, and several swimming pools. Besides that, residents will also have access to a nursery, an autism center, a green and sustainable mosque, retail and F&B establishments, and other amenities inside the neighborhood.
