Dari, the digital platform for real estate services affiliated with the Department of Municipalities and Transport in Abu Dhabi, recorded 28 new residential projects or under construction, which will provide 9,343 housing units in multiple areas in the emirate.
So far, Dary, in cooperation with the advanced real estate services company Address, has presented 258 projects that include residential buildings, lands, and villas, in addition to mixed-use projects.
Among the new projects, it showcases the “Oasis” residential project in Khalifa City, which contributes to providing 844 housing units, while the “Wahat Al Zawiya” project contributes to providing 797 housing units. The Vista 3 project on Al Reem Island also contributes to providing 622 housing units
Also, the Hydra Village project – District 8 in Rawdat Al Reef will provide 580 residential units, and the Oasis residential project in Khalifa City will add another 579 residential units.
